How to do the Bridge

We do sit a lot and our butt muscles have a hard time working, which means they become less stable! (We sit down a lot at work and school, in the car etc.)

The bridge is a fantastic functional exercise which helps stabilise your pelvis and butt and reduce the stress that you may be experiencing in your lower back and hips.

By bridging you will be teaching your butt muscles to fire again, stretching the front of the hips and thighs, and strengthening your butt, the back of your legs (calves, hamstrings), and your shoulders and back.
